Crossroads Supportive HousingCrossroads offers case management, support services, and supportive housing for homeless individuals and families. Serenity House Supportive HousingSerenity House provides transitional housing for homeless chemically dependent adults who desire to participate in treatment and recovery programs. This program has two components including group living and independent scattered site apartments.
