Synergy's Transitional Housing Program provides housing and support services to people who have successfully completed a drug treatment program, are re-integrating into the community and are at risk of homelessness because they do not have the resources to obtain permanent housing.The programme helps residents manage social reintegration and independent living in society by maintaining sobriety, employment, financial independence and family reunification.
