The Dwelling Place is a 12-one bedroom apartment complex that provides transitional housing for up to 24 months. With the assistance of staff, residents learn the necessary skills to live in-dependently and become self-sufficient.

Mission Statement: SPCC's mission is to provide support services to persons who are severely impacted by mental, physical, emotional, or financial indigence. The priority population targeted for services at SPCC is people who are homeless and have experienced severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).
