Springerville Division Provides emergency food, commodities, utility assistance, rent or mortgage assistance, appliance repair or replacement, vehicle repair assistance, transitional housing, homeless and domestic violence shelters for those in need on a first-come, first-served basis.  Transitional Housing Program Case managers assist eligible clients by working closely with them to develop a program that enrolls clients to transition from government assistance programs to financial independence.
