The South East Texas Management Network (SETMN) is a model for the Texas program and the only network management organization in Texas.SETMN is unique in that the entire HHSC Region 5 area that includes 15 counties from Jefferson County to Nacogdoches County is served by outsourcing prevention, intervention and treatment services with 9 different providers offering more than 38 programs.
