Arco Iris provides shelter, case management, and life skills education to homeless male and female participants between the ages of 16 to 21. bPrimary goal is to direct female and male adolescents toward healthy development as adults and to empower them in achieving independent living and self -sufficiency through the provision of shelter and comprehensive services.
