The Salvation Army Harbor Light Centers seek to bring hope to those who have fallen captive to substance abuse. Each center provides detoxification services, residential treatment, transitional housing, and outpatient treatment for men and women. Treatment includes group and individual counseling, education, skills for managing grief and anger, and training for independent living and meaningful employment. The development of life skills such as anger and money management is an important part of the program.
