Rights Of Passage Covenant House Alaska offers transitional housing and supportive services to homeless males and females age 18 - 24. Their Community Services Center is located at the intersection of West 5th Avenue and H Street. Youth can access services available to them including the Transitional Living Programs that Covenant House offers at the Center.
