I have been in recovery for 8 years from alcohol and pain pill addiction. My wife has gotten so out of control with her alcoholism it’s not sane to stay with her anymore. I have started having an occasional drink to cope with it and I’m about ready to go off the deep end with all the issues the last 9 months. I’m looking for a sober place to live to start over. I can’t worry about her anymore. I have to take care of myself.
