Oxford House Osprey is a democratically managed, self-contained and drug-free house.Oxford House Osprey is an all-male institution.All Oxford homes represent an effective and low-cost way to prevent recurrence.A representative of all the Houses of the area meets monthly with the others, to share information, seek the resolution of problems in a given House and to express the vote of this Chapter on larger issues.The men of Oxford House Osprey pay all expenses related to the upkeep of the house.This house has 8 residents.This self-supporting, drug-free home is operated by Oxford House, a nonprofit network based in Silver Spring.
