Oxford House Howard Avenue is a self-managed, self-sustaining convalescent home for recovering alcoholics and drug addicts.This property is only accepted for men.Every house in Oxford is an effective and inexpensive method of preventing relapse.A representative of each House in the Chapter meets monthly with the others, to exchange information, seek resolution of problems in a specific house and to express the vote of this Chapter on larger issues.There are eight people living in this house.This self-sustaining, drug-free house is part of a nationwide non-profit organization.
