Oxford House Channing Street is a democratically run, self-sufficient and drug-free house.This self-supporting, drug-free home is operated by Oxford House, a nonprofit network based in Silver Spring.Each month, Oxford Houses in the area come together to share their experiences to ensure that Oxford Channing Street House operates in a way that preserves the good reputation of Oxford House and encourages more experienced houses to help new ones.Oxford House Channing Street is an all-male facility.Residents pay rent, utilities and other household expenses at Oxford House Channing Street.The facility can accommodate up to eight residents.
