Oxford House is democratically self-managed by residents, who elect officers who serve for 6-month terms.As long as you don't drink alcohol, use drugs, or pay an equal share of the cost of the house, you can live at Oxford House for as long as you need; usually about a year.Fill out the application and interview with existing members of the House; if there is a vacancy, and if 80% of members approve, the applicant is accepted and moves in.
