The Oxford House Andes is a democratically run, self-sustaining, drug-free house.Oxford House Andes is a house of sobriety for all men.Oxford House is a concept of recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.On a monthly basis, Oxford Homes in the geographic area come together to share their common experiences, to ensure that Oxford House Andes works in a way that preserves the good name of Oxford House and encourages more experienced homes to help newer ones.The Andes of Oxford House pay all the costs associated with the repair of the house.It is a free-standing, medication-free home with seven beds.This self-sustaining, drug-free home is operated by Oxford House, a non-profit network based in Silver Spring.
