Beds: 9Oxford House is democratically self-run by the residents, they elect officers who serve for terms of 6 months.This is an effective and low cost way of preventing relapse.Length of Stay:As long as you do not drink alcohol, use drugs, and pay an equal share of the house expenses, you can live in an Oxford House for as long as you need; the usual time is about a year.Application process:Fill out an application and interview by the existing members of the House; if there is a vacancy and if 80% of the members approve, the applicant is accepted and moves in.
