Havenwood provides transitional housing for single parents in need with programming and resources to help break down the barriers each family faces in order to move from homelessness to self-sufficiency.  Havenwood is a program of Community Development Corporation of Bentonville / Bella Vista Inc. a 501c3 organization. Services offered:Provides a fully furnished apartment with private kitchen and bath for each family; One bedroom and efficiency units also available, with rental amount including all utilities and basic cable. Havenwood has fifteen apartments, six one-bedroom and nine efficiency/studio apartments. Rent includes all utilities, basic cable, internet and all amenities. One Bedroom (One or two children - preference will be given to two children families on waiting list first) - $395 monthly and $395 depositEfficiency/Studio (One child) - $330 monthly$330 deposit Rates subject to change.
