Human Services Programs of Caroll Co. Inc. provides support services to homeless individuals and families as they develop their independence while simultaneously working to secure permanent housing and attain self-sufficiency. Case management and housing counseling services are provided to individuals and families while in shelter and after moving into permanent housing in an effort to maintain residential stability and integrate clients into the Carroll County Community. The program goals are to assist clients in obtaining and remaining in permanent housing, to increase skills and/or income, and to achieve greater self-determination. Program goals are also based on being flexible and responsive to the needs of the client.
Mission Statement: The mission of NCCAP is to act as an advocate, provider, and facilitator of programs and services for low-income individuals in Lincoln, Marathon, and Wood Counties (WI). NCCAP seeks to create opportunities for people and communities to obtain skills, identify and utilize resources, and explore innovative options necessary to reduce poverty and increase self-sufficiency.
