Native American Connections' mission is improving the lives of individuals and families through Native American culturally appropriate behavioral health, affordable housing, and community development services.
I am currently on probation with the maricopa county. I failed a drug test and my P.O. suggested I check into a Halfway House, also due to the reason of him requesting I stay in Maricopa county while he processes a transfer for me back to Navajo County.
I am basically homeless right now. Also, I do see a Psychiatric doctor and case worker at Southwest Osborn. I have been on Probation for years with Maricopa County. My case worker had mentioned about Native American Connections for Behavioral Health. Not been in any transitional home. I would like to be in the Phoenix area, so my mother can visit me since it's just the 2 of us left here.
