Minimum stay 6 months.; maximum stay 2 yrs. Other information:Ongoing residence in the TLP requires that the head of household be employed, registered for or currently attending a training or education program, or classified by the State of Connecticut Department of Social Services and/or the Social Security Administration as unable to work.
Mission Statement: Offer women and children safety and alternatives to violence, Validate their worth by promoting a philosophy which empowers women and children to take control of their lives by making their own choices and decisions WITHOUT the fear of abuse.
Fees: Sliding scale; Program fees based on 30% of income
