M&R balances safety, proactive recovery and life skill plans, a positive atmosphere, new lifestyle training and introduction to the recovery and business community for all members who are willing to apply themselves to recovery in atmosphere of encouragement and accountability.  M&R is more than a \"Big Book\" and a bed.Their members are book-ended by a recovery sponsor and a life mentor. Their clients share a room with only one other man and have access to a supportive environment including a library for quiet study and meditation.
