My name is Debbie Carter, my son is incarcerated in Dallas correctional, he has a history of drug abuse and has been in prison 3 times due to substance and alcohol abuse.. we have taken him back in all those times.. but he stole from us and others near us.. He is being released next Thursday, it breaks my heart but we cant take him in anymore. Was wondering if there's a way he could get in touch with you? He said he would go to a facility for help. I know they have to be the one to do this. But he doesn't have access to a phone. He can only call us, i put his name in the above boxes, and my email. Sorry i don’t know any other way to get in touch. Thank you
