Women who have completed 28 days of detoxification, 30 Narcotics Anonymous meetings within 30 days, or who have been referred by the drug court system, can apply for a six-month transition housing program in Martha's Place. The programmed focuses on teaching women the skills needed to overcome their drug dependence while developing the skills needed to live independently.Residents of the six-month program attend individual and group consultations with a Martha's Place Addictions advisor, attend daily NA meetings, obtain employment, attend money management training, pay $10 per day or 30% of their monthly income, do housework and receive sponsorship.
