Innovative Concept provides services to families that need to regain their stability. Prevents mothers from remaining in abusive relationships, children being abused and decreasing the statistics of women committing crime and to help youth offenders gain the stability by educating women,youth and families,training for employment through a 2 year program. Computer skills, office skills, money management, counseling, parenting skills, anger management, job clubs, domestic violence classes, and career choice curriculum are phases of the program.

Mission Statement: I.C.T.H. mission is to continue the CHANGE helping our local community fight against homelessness: by providing shared housing, food, clothing, transportation, educational skills, referrals, budgeting, counseling, spiritual guidance and ways to transition into permanent housing.
