Community Action Agency offers a Transitional Housing Program which provides a place to help with the transition from emergency shelter living to permanent housing. This service provides temporary homes for income eligible families who are homeless. A Housing Coordinator works with families to achieve long term housing solutions, offers support to families, and oversees the maintenance and upkeep of the housing units. Families will also receive ongoing case management and support services as they make the transition into permanent housing. Applicants must be homeless and meet poverty guidelines.
