The housing Community Housing Network provides what is known as supportive housing, provides linkages to social, health and employment services, develops, owns, and manages housing across Franklin County, Ohio. This housing model is a successful environment for individuals who have been unable to maintain housing due to mental illness, substance addiction or chronic or episodic homelessness. Offers disabled and homeless individuals a stable living environment and the opportunity to receive treatment, find work, maintain recovery and give back to the community. They rent affordable apartments to: Disabled by mental illness Disabled by substance abusePeople who have histories of homelessness CHN strategically engages with service agencies that connect tenants to the services they need. Their goal is to help people with special needs keep their housing and have access to employment programs.
Mission Statement: The policy of the Community Housing Network is to fully comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations in the area of non-discrimination in employment.
