Alternative to Violence provides an Emergency SafeHouse for the women and children in the community suffering from domestic violence. The SafeHouse provides a refuge from the violence and victimization leading towards empowerment and survival for families in need. Alternative to Violence Transitional Living Center offers:24 hour crisis intervention, emergency services, advocacy, safety planningA 8,666 square foot house with: 8 Bedrooms (1 ADA accessible room) 3 and a half Bathrooms A Community Kitchen and Dining Area Laundry Room Meeting and Play Room

The services that we provide to survivors of violent crime are critical to the health of our neighborhood. We want to help you begin the healing process so that you can begin living again. Whether you are a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, primary or secondary (witness) of violence, we want to help.
